What is the Konto w Porządku account?

It is a convenient personal bank account which you can choose to link a payment card to.

The account comes in two price options, each for a different age group. Regardless of the option, the account can be easily managed using our online banking service and mobile banking app, which enable mobile transactions, including BLIK payments. The offering also includes membership in attractive cardholder loyalty programmes.

for individuals aged 26+

Konto w Porządku account

  • Convenient bank account, accessible via the online banking service or mobile app
  • No fee is charged for operating the account provided that you hold a payment card linked to it (if no card is linked to the account, the account operating fee is PLN 7.99/month)
  • No fee is charged for your payment card linked to the account provided that you use the card to make at least PLN 300 worth of cashless transactions per month (a monthly fee of PLN 6.99 is charged for the card if your cashless transactions total less than that)
  • other features include mobile transactions, including BLIK payments, and a membership in a cardholder loyalty programme
  • No fee is charged for cash withdrawals made from Planet Cash and PKO BP ATMs with a Poczta Polska or Cartitas logo-bearing card linked to the account (a PLN 2 fee is charged on withdrawals from other ATMs in Poland and other EEA countries)
  • No fee is charged for contactless cash withdrawals made from any ATM in Poland or abroad with a virtual card linked to the account.

Konto w Porządku Start account

  • Your first personal bank account with a payment card
  • No fee is charged for operating the account
  • The account can be conveniently accessed through the mobile app and online banking service
  • You can make secure BLIK payments with your phone, watch, or smartband
  • No fee is charged for cash withdrawals made from Planet Cash and PKO BP ATMs with a Poczta Polska or Cartitas logo-bearing card linked to the account (a PLN 1 fee is charged on withdrawals from other ATMs in Poland and other EEA countries)
  • No fee is charged for contactless cash withdrawals made from any ATM in Poland or abroad with a virtual card linked to the account.

Frequently asked questions

You can hold an account individually or jointly with another adult person. Joint account holders should be from the same country. You can also at any time appoint an agent with the power to transact on your account.

A Konto w Porządku account holder who is 26 years of age or older may be exempt from paying the operating fee (which is PLN 7.99 per month) provided that he or she has been issued a payment card linked to the account. A holder of a Poczta Polska or Cartias logo-bearing payment card may also be exempt from paying a payment card fee provided that he or she uses the card to make at least PLN 300 worth of cashless transactions per month.

To open a personal account with us, you will only need to present your ID card. If you are not a Polish national, you will be asked to present a foreign passport or a residence permit.
